Hi,
Does anybody know where i can get hold of the Hooks (or whatever is used) to hold the shelves inside the oven?
The Model is Mod 02 711 000A TYP B11
The inside of the oven is 33.5 cm high and 45.5 cm wide.
There are four holes (abouy 19 cm up from the inside bottom of the oven) – two at the front and two at the back. I suspect that is where the hooks (or whatever) that hold the shelves would go.

It’s the shelf supports you need which are a complete multi height runner for each side of the oven.
You will need two of them at £12.18 each plus £5 postage inc VAT.
If you need to order them let me know by email and I’ll let you have further details.
