    Customer says the clothes are coming out wetter than when they started. The stats appear to be operating ok theres plenty of heat, One of the water valves is open continuously, is this normal on this model ?.
    Any other suggestions greatfully accepted

    Blocked condenser unit?

    John, yes it’s normal for the condenser valve to be open continuously. As Martin says check for a blocked condenser. If it’s not that then change the drain pump. I’ve had a couple that seem fine but overheat and pack up mid dry. Wiz
