I am trying to change my email from old_name@isp.co.uk to new_name@gmail.com.
Every time I try to do it (by typing the new email into the two fields, and typing my password into the password field) it fails telling me the password does not match the email.
Strangely, after I have tried, the second email field is filled with John_Ha and the third field is filled with dots obscuring what I guess is my password. Both these are clearly in the wrong place.
It suggests there is something wrong with the site.
RESET does not help.
