    Hi folks,
    Sorry if ‘the answer is out there’ but if so I can’t find it.
    This machine is one of the small ones (3kg load type). Runs fine for a while and dies. Just ‘end’ light flashing. It does 11 flashes then a pause, then 11 and so on. Got inkling it’s the pump but even if you start it from the spin programme she appears to pump out happily then fail again with the same code.
    It’s about 3 years old and little usage.

    As you probably know already the error codes are taken from the End LED and Start LED flashing in sequence. For the End LED to flash 11 times and the Start LED not to flash complicates the issue back to just guesswork….

    11 flashes of the End LED normally indicates a power supply/module issue. But being as your machine starts OK and pumps that cannot be the likely solution.

    Next question….have you meggered the motor and heater?

    Thats my next job. Tiny machine in a pokey cupboard, sniffing dog…you know the type. Hoping the code would be more specific.

    Got back to it today (customer been away) No dodgey connections etc, heater & motor meggered ok. The 11 flashes now happen as soon as you turn machine on. All programmes, door open or shut makes no difference.
    If it comes to it, where is the cheapest 3kg w/m I can get?
