Swan SR5130b freezer not freezing

Hi
Sorry i guess this is a common question but here goes.

My son bought this undercounter freezer from an auction and guess what….. it doesnt freeze.

Left it on for 24 hours with a cup of water in to see if it froze it…. no!

Compressor is running although after 24 hours its very hot.
Grill at back is warm at the top but nowhere else.

Internal grills one in each drawer compartment appear cool/cold to touch but water is not freezing and compressor runs continuously.
Anybody offer a solution that is cost effective.
I know its cheap and nasty but would love to help my son get over his disappointment.
