    Called to this machine which would lock the door but would not start . Door lock light appeared . Replaced door interlock but the fault is still there . Customer said that she had been hitting door to get it to start for some time .Any ideas please ?

    have you checked the motor brushes, if they wear out then the door will lock but nothing else happens
