servise no 859298815000
not seen one of these before. door stuck shut machine counted down to 1 minute then sticks pump runs and is empty. interlock has obviously failed as it would not release even with power disconnected had to knock the lock to open it. this was a freeby call just to look. any pointers would help. I suspect the lock has most proberbyl taken out a board.anyone any ideas.wilf
