Beko DW600 No Heat

Checked heater ok. Replaced small pcb which controls heater(from EMW).Apparently they found a fault wath the board.Assumed this would solve prob.Still no heat.Is there a T.O.C or similar fitted?Had a look from front and didnt spot one.Will delve deeper,unless you know better??

NTC 1887740201 may be faulty, there are 2 T.O.Cs but I think they are both in-built on flow through heater. Take off heater & check continuity from plug through T.O.Cs. One is a cut-out type that doesn’t reset.
