Hi,
as the title suggests, our built-in BD32 oven isn’t heating over about 160 degrees. The fan is running, and the smaller top oven works fine.
Door seal is in perfect condition, so I’m wondering if it’s the fan element?
Hope someone can help!! My Yorkshire puds are failing miserably 🙁

Get the Element tested by someone who has a suitable tester for both continuity and Earth Insulation. You might also want to check the Fan is operating correctly if both are ok then it must be your Thermostat.
Disconnect the Appliance BEFORE working on it !
