    Customer tells me when he turns the programe selector dial, it cant select any programes !!
    anyone had this fault. only 3 years old !!

    This machine has a separate selector switch – could be that or knob, let me have your email if you require manual

    Thanks colin, since this post customer tells me the fault is the knob itself he is buying a new part..thanks for your help. John
