    I dont think that I’ve had this light flashing on its own before. Customer is asking for advice via phone before booking an engineer as the machine is 5+ years old. Does anyone have any experience?

    Ended up going out to the machine. As I suspected it was a control board failure rather than the F04 which the panel was indicating with the flashing light.
