    I have to go to this machine on Wed customer says there is no motor action. Belt is on and drum will turn freely by hand.
    It will fill and empty but no motor action.
    When the motor should be rotating he can hear a humming noise.
    Can someone help with a test procedure for the motor on this machine?

    he says no codes are shown in display

    PM me a live e-mail address and I will send you some info, there are no specific tests for the motor other than the usual resistance/continuity/insulation tests.
