ZWD16270WI Not Starting

    ZWD16270WI 914604030.
    User had code E20,They cleaned filter, then not starting and no code appearing,
    Thought i found fault dodgy connection on dryer thermister on hose to condenser, had to soldier. Its still the same,
    If i put it on Wash or Spin it pumps for a few seconds then nothing but lights stay on.Door locks
    There is a small Board (PCB relay assembly) with relays that makes a strange noise when trying to start not sure if thats normal, Never noticed this board before.
    Any ideas 💡

    You may have to go into diagnostics to get correct code

    Did you electrically test the dryer element?

    Sounds like Inverter board has got problems? Maybe they splashed a lot of water about sorting the filter…water v’s electric…ouch!

    Disconnected Dryer heater= still faulty.
    Whats the inverter board, it it the one with the relays on

    No thats the dryer module, inverter board in base of machine

    Could be insulation resistance of motor or some other component slipped below the critical 40 meg.

    There is no module in base.
    They wont it done very quickly, So i advised them to call Zanussi, And of course i didnt charge them.
