Strange fault if it is one.
Customer complaints, prog. “D” shows 1 hour 10min when selected, program goes right through to 12 mins, then jumps back to 30 mins and completes program, total length of program over 2 hours 😕 Customer is elderly with small amounts of washing; I suggested an out of balance situation due to small loads.
Unfortunately it does this empty 😕
I noticed that most of the programs have a different time to what is stated in the user book.
Anyone throw any light onto this?
My opinion is that the eeprom is corrupted
