    Hi there,
    Have had problems with the seldom used machine since new, after using it for drying machine would stop mid cycle and display a flashing pause light. After it had cooled down would work normally.Eventually the flashing pause light became permanent and machine would not work. Have checked filter and replaced the door interlock and this has made no difference,pause light still flashes and it will not work. Does anybody have any advice on what the next step should be?     Dryer element may be faulty, they suffer from low earth resistance faults especially on seldom used dryers.

    Thanks for your response, the machine won’t work in the washing cycle also. Th e flashing pause light is also accompanied by no locking of the door,which is why I replaced the door interlock.I just want to have a good idea that investing in a new pcb might solve the problem. Many thanks

    Try investing in a dryer element as advised! :lesson:
