    Mislaid the model number but it’s the one with the little orange display, 2 years old. The softener symbol is flashing with 00:14 on the dispaly. Any ideas what’s causing this?

    Sounds like its the “Mini LCD” version, if conditioner icon flashes it means the programme dial is in wrong position. If rinse icon & “C” flashes it means theres a water intake fault. I’d imagine if this happens with 14 mins left (when it should be rinsing) its a water solenoid problem, or drain hose too low.

    There was originally an intake problem low pressure but this is now on it and holding the start button won’t reset it. Is there any other procedure to reset this?

    You need to go reset the faut code in service mode, sent you a PM
