ParticipantHi guys
i have been to a zanussi fle1416w today.
pnc is 91451453800The fault is as follows no door locking or led either
No programme leds are displayed
After about 15 secs machine starts to beep until machine is turned off no leds are displayed still.
if you go into test modes leds do light up no fault in memory and if you try to go through test sequence nothing works valves pump motor etc then back to the nasty beeping
Any ideas ?????

its zanussi, if nothing in diagnostics doesnt work, and theres no error codes its 99{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} main module. ensure you make a note of the wiring connections. i think i stripped a fle1416 a few months back that was a bearing failure.
which reminds me, check the bearings arent on their way out, as thatll make it BER

Hi gandh1
Thank you for your reply
Bearings are good !!
I did have a board of another zanuss, not correct one, but same style and working.
It came of a bearing failure machine also.Put it on machine and the same thing seemed to be happening other than when machine first switched on lights on fascia did light up for a few secs it then reverted to original fault.

its unlikely to mean anything, if the board wasnt correct or you dropped a wire etc. PUT the old pcb back, double and triple check wiring connections and nip them up just to make sure then access diagnostics and let us know how you get on. instructions are available on connects mediator.

lol, chilling out tonight, and its just hit me, you need to put old pcb back in and swap out the wash element. did one today on a zwf1211… didnt give any error codes, like they normally would, but this had obviously been struck by something and where it was pitted rust had formed, and im guessing lowering the insulation resistance…
