    Hi

    I have a Samsung SR-S2028CVW fridge freezer. I noticed a pool of water by the freezer door and all the ice in the ice machine had melted. Also the temperature quickly rises from -20 to -1, then gradually decreases to -20. During this time all the systems work normally and the ice machine produces ice. Then after between 6 and 12 hours the temperature rises almost instantaneously to -1 and then gradually decreases to -20. I find this a bit confusing as when the power is turned off the freezer maintains temperature for up to 24 hours as we noticed in a recent power outage.

    The fridge side of the unit does not seem to be affected by any prbblems.

    Is this a problem that can be easily and economically repaired.

    Just interested to know if you fixed your freezer problem? I’m having problems with the fridge side with the tempeature bleeping and fluctating.
