    Can anybody help please got one of these and when you select a programe and shut the door after a second or 2 the dishwasher bleeps but doesnt start and the four programe lights start flashing, i,ve checked the door sw but it is okay thinking it may be the module but not sure cheers JJ

    ive got this exact same symptoms. did you ever get this problem sorted? im assuming module and at £30 quid its not too bad. just want to be sure.

    count the number of flashes, then a 1 second pause followed by flashes again, that is the error code.

    yes it was the module been working okay ever since

    update!!!
    turned up to find i’d the wrong module.
    nessesity is the mother of invention. and so had a closer look and lo and behold a blown capacitor
    1000mf 16v electrolytic.
    as soon as i saw that, it was obvious that the symptoms are same as hotpoint washer board fault.
    soldered a new one in and it works.

    mods might copy this to simple electronic repairs thread.
