I have a customer with LG WM16331FDK, Ser NO 710KWNM00527.
    The problem is :-
When the power button is pushed the machine does the usual, lights up the dial and beeps etc as it should. 1 second after completing this (what I assume to be a self test) the power switches off you can actually hear the relay dropping out.

Am I looking at a new board or should I be looking at a faulty component? I have done a megger test which I thought was a bit low 10M. so I isolated a few components motor and heater etc. the low reading does seem to be coming from the board, but I am not sure if this is just a “red herring” and I’m just getting a low reading through PSU section of the board.
Any guidance/encouragement. would be gratefully received.

If it is to be a new board, what costs are involved.
