    Hi

    As above I have a problem with this washer set to 30 deg wash and it is fine completes wash ok,set to 40 deg wash and machine starts off ok . Shows 2 1/2hr on display after 10 mins jumps to 1 hr then faults to err3 drain fault,even though it has not got to drain point in program. Have checked everything all ok insulation fine.

    change the wash heater, well known for this fault it has earth leakage when hot and it upsets the modules processor.
