Second thing I’m posting about today, one of those days…..

This d/w pulses when turned on, it seems to pulse as if the power is coming on/off.
When programme is selected it comes on for about a second with the the start light illuminated and the pumps running, then the light fades and it stops, it does this repeatedly.

I don’t have a Manual for this but thru searching the site I got it into, what I assume is diagnostics mode by holding down the start button and turning it on.
The start light started flashing constantly, and by pressing the start button again it now started pulsing again but with three flashes of the start light.

By looking at the fault codes, albeit for other machines, it would seem that F1(1 flash) or F3 (3 flashes) would point at the NTC or the heater.
Heater checks good so I’m picking up an NTC.

Im just curious as to whether I’m on the right track as I’ve not seen this before.

    Anyone know?

Spooky…. :eeek: had the same problem with the same model today.
when you switch the machine on and press the start button it should pump out before filling. What is happening is the pump goes and the program and start led’s go on and off every second in time with the pump.

I have had a few of these and it is usualy a faulty bottom pcb.

Yeah it’s an odd one, I checked pretty much everything out bar the board, and it’s as clean as can be so maybe a new PCB or a write off is on the cards.

    Cheers John
