    Went to this tumble dryer today. When the start button is pushed, the machine starts. When I let go of the button, it stops. I think it must be the start relay.

    Am I right in thinking that it is positioned in the bottom back corner of the machine? And does the drum have to be removed to get at it?

    I got the part number when I phoned Miele today 2631162. I then asked for some technical info about the machine, and they basically told me to pi$$ off because I am not an authorised dealer.

    What a terrible way to treat someone when they are willing to take my £78.00 for the part, and not give any support.
