Indesit IDL 535 tablet dispenser

Hi I am going to the above dishwasher in the morning and the customer says the door on the dispenser is opening but the tablet is not coming out she says there is nothing blocking it.has anyone come across this before?

Check to see if she is using one of those clip on freshners or the top basket is in the correct position. If the water is spraying up and the door is open the tablet should be able to drop out! Also depends on the way the customer is loading the unit. Big dinner plates can obstruct the tablet.

Cheers Scientist I had asked her all these questions and she said there was nothing blocking it and the door was opening but when I called the door was being released ok but was not opening fully because the spring had come out of position.
