    Three of the rings on the ceramic hob only come on very lightly and do not illuminate to boiling temperature.

    Only the Halogen ring works fine.

    Also the twin ceramic element that has the inner and outer ring only the inner part comes on.

    I have tried a double regulator but this makes no difference.

    any suggestions folks?

    have you checked the mains terminal connection block, as loose or burnt out neutral connections can cause this.
