Whirlpool G2P DWI Dishwasher 11 flashes

Hi there,

I’ve posted this problem previously and got the reply that the dishwasher is not fitted with an OWI, does this mean that it is the same as the 4 flash error.

I have cleaned the black matrix with a toothbrush and poured hot water into the sump which does drain when the program starts, can hear the water going through the drain under the sink. But then as it starts to fill the warning tone sounds again and the programme won’t continue and it goes back to the usual 11 flashes.

Does this mean that the microswitch on the diaphragm is shot? If so can someone advise of the part I need and where I can get it from please.

The model number of the machine is 8542 347 15810.
