    Hi. My friend seems accident prone with her glass fridge shelves.Please could you point me to the place where she can obtain replacements? I’m not sure if this is a fridge freezer or just a fridge. Thanks.

    You should be able to get them through the UKW shop. An email to Dave at spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk should get the ball rolling. Don’t forget the all important model number.
