We’re getting our kitchen redone; we need a fairly decent sized cooker with 3 children in the house, and as there isn’t a possibility of having an in column double oven we’re looking at the Rangemaster 1100 range cookers which should give us ample space. Any comments or alternatives would be welcome – I have an old gas cooker at the moment but everyone is pointing us towards duel fuel.
    Thanks

What sort of budget have you got ?

As long as you stick to the mid-upper end of the market, you won’t go far wrong.

Personally I would recommend the Rangemaster you have already mentioned.

    Thanks for the reply.
Budgetwise we were hoping £1500 would cover a decent oven and hood; of the ones we’d looked at the Rangemaster seemed to be quite solid and have been around for some time.

Any opinions on the gas v duel fuel?

It really all depends on your cooking preference to be honest.

Many people prefer gas hobs and the speed and even cooking of a fan assisted electric oven, others prefer gas oven cooking.

    Your choice ! 😀
