Customer complaining that the machine runs the wash cycle ok but doesn’t spin and flashes the no heat and 40 degree leds, which are 4 & 6 counting from the top or 1 & 3 from the bottom. Is this a fault code? When put on a spin only program with no load the machine does spin. Added to the above when I was trying to run the machine it would not start the program and the start/pause led just continuosly flashed.
I could find no faults on the motor, heater, pump, or module (visual).
This is the first aqualtis I have been called out to so I don’t know of any common faults on them.Any ideas?
