    How hard is it to fit a new lower door seal on this d/w never fitted one before and the new one looks differant.

    Not that difficult. But you do need to remove the tension off the door first, otherwise you will end up fighting with the door. Remove the side panels and unhook the two strings off the hinges. Once your into the inner door it will make more sense.
