    Hi All

    I have a Hoover Nextra Washing Machine. I have a problem where the machine won’t take the conditioner. I have stripped and cleaned the tray and this has made no difference. Can anyone help with this?

    have you looked in the roof of the soap draw?

    normally there are a few small holes where the water comes through to fill the fabric conditioner compartment. if these are blocked with soap powder or mould etc it wont work

    Yes I have, I dismantled this and cleaned all the black mould and dry soap out as best as I could.

    Or stop using the cholesterol of washing machines altogether! 💡

    You are basically putting perfumed grease in you machine :eeek:

    Try using Ariel powder, it smells lovely and your machine will love it!
