    Hi Folks

2nd time I have been to this and washing coming out hot and steamy – First time cleaned out condenser/filters and checked air ways. Got a call back and been out again thinking possible blocked duct or gunged up fans but had the heater off the back and checked as much as posible any related ducts/fans on hot and cold airways and no obvious sign of blockage and fans are clear. Also checked to make sure water from rear sump going into water container ok.

Has anyone come across this problem on one of these? Is there a weird place that gets blocked that I haven’t checked?

    Any help/suggestions appreciated

    Thanks

    Mick

Hmmm… looking by the lack of response you guys are as puzzeled as myself.

I prusume I am right in thinking this can only be a airflow problem caused by a blockage or fan problem – there is nothing else which would cause a ineffeciant condensing problem?

Customer says there is a slight improvement since my last call but nothing significant – she gets some water in the condensing tank but not as much as she would expect.

Can’t find this model on my Distriparts disc either to see if it works any different to what I would expect 🙁

Prod No is 91609451700 if that is any help?

    Thanks

Have you checked the seals around the drum and also the motor seal on the front fan housing. Must admit strange if you have good airflow on both Hot & Cold circuit.

Let me have your email and can send you the info on this one

Thanks for the reply Chris. Must admit nerver gave the seals a thought so must be worth a check.

Have pm you my email address

Is there a later Distripart Disc out? mine is 2008 but haven’t seen a later one than that.

    Many thanks

    Mick
