I got a phone call from this guy asking if I would be willing to take his old washer/dryer to do it up and sell it on.
Obviously I would have liked the chance, but I am concerned on the legal side of it. He would give me a receipt for me to take the machine as proof of gift.
As for me repairing it to sell it on as a bit on the side, do I need a licence to do that? I noticed that some do rebuild on the side and some seems to abandon the plan altogether.
Providing I get the waste carrier licence, can I legally dismantle it and sell it for spares or simply refurbish it for selling or shift the whole tin box for scrap straight from the house to the scrap yard?
