    thinking of buying a number for a area near me anyone else do this and which company? seems to be a lot at it!

    I have been using Vonage for the past 2 years with not a problem, loads of extras supplied and cheap too..

    We use Sipgate.co.uk, they provide a local number for free, and they are pretty good ones too – we have 01865 989765.

    Everything can be managed online, e.g. when someone is in the office we pick up calls from PC with microphone, when out it forwards to mobiles, you can login using your mobile and change the divert if you need to.
