    Anyone else having problems with deliveries from Connect? Since DHL changed to Yodel they won’t leave parcels without a signature,which makes life impossible for sole traders who are on the road all day. Does anyone know who Masterpart use for deliveries as I can’t put up with this cr*p any longer.

    our masterpart orders come via UK MAIL.

    I’ve talked to everyone – they are totally useless – they say that the person who has the clout to do something about it will be back from holiday in about a week.By that time I will either have an account with Masterpart or no customers.

    Given up on Connect, the delivery company they use are absolutely useless. “Next day” delivery always takes two days.

    Had problems with Yodel with both Amazon and John Lewis in the past fortnight. Lying about me not being in (Amazon not in the least interested) and delivering to a house far away in my village but John Lewis were on the ball. As for Connect, I put on the address bar “IF OUT LEAVE AT FRONT DOOR” and they do.

    With regards to DHL Leave a signed note by the door saying leave at back door or somewhere, works for us!!!

    DHL – now Yodel now say that authority to leave without a signature must now come from Connect due to new management rules.

    yodel , a good bunch of lads here in darkest Wales
    order before three and he is here without fail by 10 am everytime

    I have the same problem with Connect. Never get next day delivery, even though they advertise this on their webpages(anywhere mainland Uk). Yet if I order from Masterpart before 3pm order arrives next day.

    As far as I am aware they have sub contracted delivery to out lying areas (not profitable). I did have a problem at first re not leaving parcels and was told by one lady they can’t do that anymore then phoned next day and spoke to someone else who said it was OK. Only problem now is next day delivery is next next day delivery.

    WAS PROMISED APART TUESDAY ORDERED MON AM TURNS UP TONIGHT AT 6.10PM BRILLIANT WHEN I LIVE 2 MINS FROM MY LOCAL DEPOT ONLY A DAY LATE.ASKED CONNECT WHEN IT ARRIVED IN MY LOCAL DEPOT WAS TOLD 1PM YESTERDAY HOPELESS

    Had this problem years ago, stopped using them, they delivered parcels to wrong address constantly. When I rang abut not receiving parcels they said the same rubbish that driver had delivered to my address, even though my CCTV showed no delivery. A business 4 miles away from me got my deliveries several times & sent them back when driver next called. I E-mailed Connect regarding not getting parcels & never got a reply, I did’nt pay for stuff I didn’t get. They went to court & they won as the parcels were SIGNED FOR by driver obviously.
