AEG 74630 OKO LAVAMAT Doesn’t complete programmes

Hi, We have a problem with our AEG 74630. We get no error code on the display panel but quite frequently the programmes do some random things mid cycle. A lot of the time the cycle doesn’t complete. When it gets to the rinse function the cycle stops and the the timer shows about 10 minutes to go but the cycle is stalled and nothing happens. The only way to complete the wash is to turn off the machine and then switch back to a gentle rinse cycle. Also this malfunction is accompanied by a banging noise. We have checked all hoses and the pump for blockages but all appears clear. Can anyone offer us any help!!!! 😯 Many thank in advance.
