Miele have billed me 57.47 euro, 50.20 sterling (incl VAT & delivery) for a plastic hexagonal nut under two inches in diameter, which turns out to be the wrong part,btw. I am just wondering is this a record-breaker in the “hall of shame -spare parts rip-off” category. Although I do recall seeing a whirlpool screw going for ludicrous money on a post here, many moons ago.
