‘Amica’s partnership service concept
Amica has introduced a new partnership service concept that is designed provide consumers with the superior service levels enjoyed when buying from their local independent retailer.
A new Amica service centre has been established in Kilmarnock, Scotland, which operates alongside a network of service- sellers; engineers and technical retailers that provide servicing via their own engineers and nominated sub contractor. The Amica service network, which covers England,Scotland and wales, comprises professional appliance retailers and engineers who retain control over the quality of servicing along with the added bonus of call -out rates from Amica.’
