    Hi Guys,

    Ive got a Whirlpool AWM 9100/1 12nc – 8570 0881 5001.

    Fault code FDL indicting door lock. Is this as simple as changing the door lock or should I be looking deeper.
    I can select a program and can here a relay clicking in but no action from the door lock.

    Any help appreciated.

    I carry a Hotpoint WM series lock with me with extended leads attached. If I can work out the L,N,C positions on any suspect 3-terminal lock, I can substitute in the cheap lock to try it.
