    Hi all
    went to this machine today. After selecting a program the display reads the time, after pressing the start button the water valve energises for a second the drain pump starts and the display blanks out the drain pump continues indefinatley
    Advise please

    Have you checked the base for water ? This model has a flood protection float in th base. That’d be my first port of call.
