    I have a fault on a customers w/m just the drain pump keeps running no motor no water please can anyone help.

    This fault has been discussed many times. Don’t think anyone’s come up with a definitive solution yet but, if you’ve not yet done so, try a few varied advanced searches (link below search box top right). As Zanussi will probably be ignored, try “Zanuss*”.
