Lights flashing, walking around, knocking etc. She has a big family and this is a small 5kg machine. However after checking at house we decided to return to workshop and strip. Discovered that the top of the outer tub is bent inwards giving the inner cylinder only a few mm clearance and with a heavy load we are pretty sure it is knocking there. Still not sure about the other complaints but knocking does seem valid.

Outer tub rear job first of all! Probably be alright once done!
The other problem is probabaly as a result of the unbalance drum.
As top weight more than likely was loose to begin with, which has damaged outer tub.This along with heavy use has made the problem worse.
If it is been used more than normal domestic use, this may well affect the guarantee?
Better check with Amica?
