    hi all comm code 853784515000 , 10kg washer it wont spin at all i had a look at the motor and gearbox and allseems fine its connected to the g/box fine and motor is spinning the gearbox output shaft but this doesnt make the agitator turn , i pulled out the gearbox a bit and there is a pulley just above it and it turns one way fine but not the opposite way also i see a pair of brake shoes stuck in a housing, does anyone have any tech info on these cheers

    cant find model but

    is this a top loader

    if so see part number

    481969018152

    if this clutch is turning on spin but tub is free but wont spin up check following

    look for contamination ie oil from gearbox on this clutch
    if no oil change clutch
    if you have oil change box as well
