bosch d/w no heat

mod no sms69L02gb/02.got a no heat fault on this one.will test heater but was wondering can relay be replaced easily on this one and whether it is a 12 or 24v.any info appreciated.paul

did you check for a dry joint on the pcb.?

It should throw up an error code E09 (Shown as E:09 on display) for a heater fault. Does it display any errors at all?

Martin it is not showing any error codes,she says it goes through cycle ok apart from lack of heat.does anyone have list of error codes for this one.thanks for reply.paul

You’ve only got to look at page 7 of the “Known Error Codes” thread Paul that’s all….. 😀 😉 8)
