As im a young grasshopper, i wasnt working on these things “back in the day” and cust hasnt got the manual after many movings, and i cant find it on indesit service to dl either.
so yeah, basically one internal solenoid fill connection and an extra one on the rear. should these both be connected to cold, the external to a hot and the internal to a cold, or is it fine with just the internal to the cold? maybe im wrong but i recal something about indesits needing to be connected to a hot feed tho??? and as this is a italian made thing im assuming it follows merloni logic.
its just ive never come across this before and wanna make sure the install is up to scratch as shes not very close by.

its marked as having a hot valve and cold valve on the exploded….. they also list an adaptor, cold fill C00149454(a Y piece in any other language) so I guess it needs a feed to both, not seen one of these in years.

tell me about it – i think i must have still been in middle school when it came out the factory. cust reckons its 17/18 years old. wouldnt go thru full prog without both solenoids taking a feed. oddly with just the one internal fill it was seeping out the back solenoid so maybe its lifespan is shortlived, oh well shes happy now, its done and dusted, and can always give her discount on new one if it dies anytime soon
