    Been to this cooker today customer says main oven suffers from water in the bottom ie condensation and also slightly less in the top oven the element’s ok fan motor will run but not on full speed there’s no play in the bearing’s spins ok when you flick it i have never come across this problem before can any one help please

    Check that the vent tubes at the back are in place and clear. 💡

    They are in place but I did not check for blockage though

    Hi Martin went back to cooker today checked vent tubes for blockage they are clear I fitted new fan motor that worked fine the cooling fan was ok the customer said when she does a roast in it she has to put a towel on the floor to mop the water up, they have decided touse the cooker for a while and then replace it thanks for your help MAC

    This is a strange sounding problem. Never heard of such a thing. My guess would be that the cooker is not the source of the water. I mean how on Earth could you get a towel wet by roasting a joint? I fear your customer may invest in a new cooker only to find it doesn’t cure the problem.
