have been to 2 of there recently, fault cant release door..but by putting my hand through the top to access and moving the complete interlock it will release then will works fine again for a few days and same thing happens..as anyone else had this fault.

yes i have had loads of them, it is a known fault on electrolux/zanussi/aeg machines. Replace the interlock-the new ones are slightly different to the original. Apparently its costing electrolux loads by trying to save a few pence using inferior parts and having to replace the interlocks under warranty.
