    I have a customer with a Hotpoint BFI680 dishwasher who states that the machine floods (probably an over statement) when set on half load. I went to this one back in January and was unable to find a leak at that time, probably because I only tested on on full load. anyone have any ideas on this one

    A bit of a long shot but is there a split in the lower spray arm?

    This can lead to an internal wave motion, possibly higher pressure through lower arm when half load is selected due to water being diverted to lower arm only. :con:
