ParticipantHad two in a row now.
I must admit I cringed a little when filling in the sheets, but it is what it is.One was a poor earth connection in the terminal block, the other was a connection hanging loose on one of the plates which popped the trip when it touched to earth.
Anyone else getting them?

Hi Bagman
Funny enough YES!!!
Iv’e had two where the lead supplying the hobs has come adrift, and after reading the email from Amica admin about wire off pumps etc I got a little concerned that we would not get paid.

Good to know this, will make sure that we inform customer if this is the case that you will be charging them.

Hmm, thats not how I am reading bagman & kladave’s posts. It reads as though these loose wires are due to assembly faults. ❓I think kladave is referring to internal ‘leads’ or wiring.

Yes Jim, that’s exactly what I’m saying (and Dave as well I think).
I’ve gone to a couple of cookers where internal wires have come adrift due to poor assembly and was worried that they might be misconstrued when seen on the jobsheet.
These are definitely NOT chargeable jobs, they are faulty cookers where the wires were not tightened correctly at the factory.
