Customer phoning from work without model number but suspects a belt failure on a BEKO condensor dryer.
Says it had a complete drum and belt change done by Comet a while back.
What sort of a job is a belt change on a BEKO condensor dryer?

Takes about an hour to do, PITA the 1st time but after that it is just a normal pain, If Comet did not change the front bearing housing then it will need to be done or you will get recalls on the belt breaking again.
Post up the model and I will send you the bulletin regarding broken belts.John

Thanks John, up to now I think the White Knight condensor and the odd Hoover/Candy are about the worst belt changes I have done.
Will post model number ASAP.
As a supplementary question. 😀
BEKO WM5100W. Are the diagnostics/error codes the same as the ISE-5 BEKO machine?
